Confidance in your investment
subtitle here.
Buying a home is one of the most expensive purchases you will ever make, and can be a very emotional time, likely filled with both excitement and worry. Interestingly, while you invest considerable time researching and touring multiple homes; little time is spent inside the home you want to purchase. The time you do spend is usually determining how your furniture will fit, who gets what room, and what color each wall will be painted. When you think about it, you are probably spending the same amount of time in the home as test driving a new car. That’s a scary thought when you are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home that will have a 15 to 30 year mortgage. While the couch may fit, what do you know about the homes foundation? Does the hot water heater need to be replaced soon?
I’ve been there. I have bought several homes and made my share of mistakes. I know what you are going through. That’s where I come in with Sound to Summit Home Inspection
I don’t want you to invest in your new home only to be surprised by a bad roof, a hot water heater that needs to be replaced, or something even worse.
My job is to spend 3 to 4 hours objectively examining each area of the home and operating all systems to understand what works, what doesn’t, and what you should be concerned about.  This will include climbing a ladder to walk the roof, contorting around attic rafters, and crawling through dark and dingy crawl spaces under the home.  Throughout the inspection, I will discuss with you my discoveries and provide a photo review at the end of the inspection.  Within 24 hours of the inspection, I will email you a detailed, and itemized report comprised of 40 to 50 pages of photos and notations of all findings and recommendations.
By the end of the process, it is my desire that you be completely comfortable with investing in the home you want to purchase.  I also strive to make you feel that you have been treated with professionalism and respect throughout the entire process.
Thank you for considering Sound to Summit Home inspection. I look forward to serving you.
